About the Recipe
We are crepe making experts. For summer camp every year we make thousands! We've been through sooooo many recipes and this is a real doozy, by far the best crepe recipe we have ever used. The best thing about it is that the butter is in the recipe so you don't have to keep topping up the pan with butter or oil! When you add the combination of blueberry sauce, fresh or frozen blueberries and blueberry powder the experience (taste and texture) is just out of control!
125 grams of butter (melted)
1 1/2 cups of flour
1 1/2 cups of milk
3/4 cups of water
1 tsp salt
3 cups of Makemake blueberries
1/4 cup of honey
2 tbsp Makemake blueberry powder
Make the sauce: Heat 2 cups of blueberries with honey in a saucepan until they combine into a sauce. Take off the heat and allow to cool
Add all the other ingredients (except the blueberry powder) to a blender and whizz them up!
Cook the crepes over a high heat with no oil or butter.
When the crepes are ready, roll them with fresh blueberries, blueberry powder and the blueberry sauce.
